Arora Hotel - Kusadasi

This place is good, and has everything I need like free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me with my suitcases on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The whole room was clean and had a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe. The location turned out to be great, short walk to a garden with large trees giving shadows to those who do n't like to melt on the sun, The Arora and a fantastic bay.

Location within 2 miles of Ladies Beach. The hotel was a short walk to a coach station.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools, including a large outdoor pool with slides for kids and a smaller, shaded pool that's great for those looking to escape the blazing sun. The evening entertainment is lively and varied, with interactive competitions and shows that keep things interesting after dark.

The food options, while adequate, often lacked variety and left something to be desired. Dinner could benefit from more unique dishes rather than the same themes circulating through the week. Accessing the nearby beach can be a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues given the steep stairs. The rooms, though clean, feel cramped and lack the spaciousness one might expect from a hotel of this grade.

I like that the staff and manager were very nice and helpful.

I didn't like the food. Sometimes it seemed to me that they served same food over and over, I got bored with it after second day.

The communal spirit among diverse guests and engaging children’s activities made our stay good. The bar staff were particularly attentive, serving customized cocktails that added a special touch to our evenings.

staff were very helpful and warm, however hotel isn't in city center but you can go there easily by mini bus and just with 2 TL.but it is good and is appropriate for whom like quiet.

I think they should more emphasize on cleanliness of hotel

great views but a few bumps

Went there for a week with family. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. We really enjoyed the snack bar by the pool, perfect for quick bites! The only letdown was the sea. Kinda shallow and had a lot of seaweed. Still, the views from our room were amazing!

I didnt like much my stay there. There was a problem with my credit card but afortunately the manager solved it. I didnt liked much the food and the behaviour of the staff.
